It's called: "You Gotta Have Wa". In Japan, "wa" means team spirit. The book details the "gattsu" (guts) drills that push players to their physical and mental limits in spring training. Legendary for his "gattsu" is former player Kiochi Tabushi, who, at age 38, finished a workout by fielding 900 consecutive groundballs. He passed out after 2 hours 50 minutes.
