Actually, all of the local stadiums are the same. They actually call them by their real names but the stadium is always the same.
I play with Kyojin so I'll speak to the local stadiums they play at in PYS6. They are Nagasaki, Saga, Utsunomiya, Gifu, Fukushima, Nagano, and Fukui.
Actually, a good resource is the Japan Pro Baseball Media Guide. It has the schedule that the game follows for the first season of Pennant.

Hmmm thats interesting... I always thought that one of them was Koshien Stadium, where they play the famous high school tournaments...
