Negro or Kokujin League in Japan
I would like to know is it true that the Negro League or Kokujin League was the first real league to play in Japan?

No, but the Philadelphia Royal Giants of the Negro League did come to Japan in 1927 and 1932. The 1927 team included the legendary catcher, Raleigh "Biz" Mackey who, in my opinion, belongs in the Hall of Fame. He was one of the 2 best catchers in the history of Negro League (the other is Josh Gibson). He was no doubt the best defensive catcher of all time in NL.

I believe the first "real" league to play in Japan was the Chicago White Sox/NY Giants combined team in 1913.
