I read a CPBL news article that said that Nomura will play for the Cobras, the lowest team in 2003.

Takahito Nomura, who played for Yomuri Giants, Milwaukees Brewers, and Nippon Ham Fighters before.

So, did Nomura ever play in Taiwan? His return to Japan's ERA over 11 surprised me that another team would pick him up.
