New CPBL Foreign Additions
It's back to business as usual after the 2005 CPBL All-Star Break and that means new foreign players in Taiwan.

The President Lions signed 31 year old right handed pitcher Reynaldo Garcia. He has pitched in 20 Major League games as recently as 2003 with the Texas Rangers, who signed him as a free agent in 1996. The Leos also inked 30 year old righty John Mangieri.

Reynaldo Garcia went 0-0 with a 11.25 ERA in 20 games with the Texas Rangers.
