Tsao Out for Year
The Rockies said Friday that Tsao will miss the rest of the year, with the arthoscopic surgery on his right shoulder. Tsao was 1-0 with 3 saves, and a 6.55 ERA in 10 games this year. [News - MLB.com] [Stats - MLB.com]

Again?

Is this a reprint? Tsao throws hard but it's always something with his shoulder. Has he ever had surgery on it?

Tsao is out for the rest of the season. He had surgery on his shoulder again.

And yes, he's had surgery before as well.

This is the first time they've performed surgery to Tsao's shoulder. He has had Tommy John surgery on his elbow before. Wang was able to recover from major shoulder reconstruction surgery, so let's keep our fingers crossed for Tsao.
