What's Next for Ochoa?

What's Next for Ochoa?
Even though he did not hit at Pawtucket, there have been times the Red Sox could have used Alex Ochoa's glove, arm, and baseball smarts at the corner outfield positions this year. He's rebounded nicely at Hiroshima.

Any chance he'll end up with a spring training invite with an MLB team again next year? He's one of the very few players who have had success in both MLB and NPB play. He's a resilient guy who is able to make adjustments.

Doubtful. You know how old he is now? He's going to be 36 next spring. Teams want to go young with their outfielders. They can't get over the age, no matter how productive Alex may be.
