Taiwanese Infielder Signs With Mariners
The Seattle Mariners have just signed Taiwanese infielder Chen Yung-Chi to a minor league contract. The 21-year-old bats and hits right. He is 176 cm tall and weighs 70 kg. Chen has played with the national team before, and was on the Chinese Taipei roster during the 2003 Baseball World Cup.
