the "Data Warehouse" looks to overtake me for most Pro Yakyu stats available in English on the 'Net.
Actually, Michael, you guys are basically working in different areas. He's only doing retired players, and you're doing the active ones. There is a little overlap, but not much.

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.
It is my sincere hope that once you learn a bit about what we're about here that you will join the community of contributors.

From the main page, you'll want to check the Central and Pacific team reports daily.
As I write this, not all of the site has been uploaded. But Garland-san's editorials are always very good. And the "Data Warehouse" looks to overtake me for most Pro Yakyu stats available in English on the 'Net.
