Blue Jays Named ex-Giant Brantley New Hitting Coach
The Blue Jays today fired batting coach Mike Barnett and replaced him with former Yomiuri Giants outfielder Mickey Brantley (1992). Brantley had a very brief career in Japan as he only played half a season with the NPB version of the Evil Empire.
