Japanese Baseball Contacts
I am a college senior writing my thesis about Japanese player migrations to the US and how people back in Japan identify with these players. I have received a grant to travel to Japan this winter to conduct research, so now the hard part is getting some interesting people to interview. Players/fan club members/baseball officials would be ideal. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions about how to get in contact with some of these people it would be greatly appreciated. Thoughts or questions in general in regard to my project are also welcome.

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.
It is my sincere hope that once you learn a bit about what we're about here that you will join the community of contributors.
