This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.
It is my sincere hope that once you learn a bit about what we're about here that you will join the community of contributors.

We are trying to locate Red Sox fans living in Japan who speak English. If any of you fit that description or happen to know of a few people that do, if you would be so kind to put me in touch with them via e-mail, I'd very much appreciate it.
Mostly I'm just looking for stories of what it's like to be a Sox fan in Japan, especially now with Daisuke on the team, and to find out how much the Red Sox are now recognized and admired in Japan.
The whole e-mail process would only take about five minutes of anyone's time.
Any leads you have will be a huge help.
Thanks very much,
All my best,
David Scott
