Igawa Arrives in New York
Kyodo News Service is reporting (via Japan Ball) that Igawa has arrived in New York for his Yankee signing press conference. Departing Narita with a Yankee-approved hair cut, Igawa says that he feels "refreshed."

The former Hanshin Tiger said, "I want to show (my ability) through deeds rather than words." Perhaps this explains the terseness of his replies to this Sports Illustrated interview.
