Yea, I saw that game. I really wanted him to get the cycle, but he struck out. But good game for him. He's really out playing Kazuo Matsui.

Last week, Iguchi had a rough game against the Texas Rangers and had 3 errors in the game. His teammates decided to play a prank on him to cheer him up before the next day's game. They taped a frying pan to his glove!
Iguchi had been out of the lineup for two nights in a row before last night after being late to the ballpark with personal issues not related to his family. No one knows what the story is, but he's back and he's tearing the cover off of the ball. He is most definately a top candidate for the A.L. Rookie of the Year.
Iguchi's 2005 White Sox stats (as of September 4) are: 420 AB, .286 Avg., .352 OBP, .455 Slg., .807 OPS, 13 HR, 55 RBI, 22 doubles, 5 triples, 14 SB, 5 CS, 40 BB, and 96 SO.
