KBO says no to 10th team

While I knew that a number of the owners were leaning this way, it still comes as a surprise that the 10th team will not be added next season.

The heads seem to think that it's done and they aren't going to discuss the matter any further. But the players' union is now getting started with their counter measures to make the KBO heads listen. This should be interesting.
