Foreign Baseball Players' Salaries Capped Too Low
The Kia Tigers on Wednesday signed its latest foreign baseball player for the 2009 season, acquiring 32-year-old right-handed American pitcher Rick Guttormson for US$300,000, who played in the Japanese professional league from 2005 until last year.
