Lions, Eagles Bet on Big Bats
The mound-heavy Samsung Lions and Hanwha Eagles will face each other in Daegu Tuesday for the first series in the Korea Baseball Organization (KBO) playoffs.

But it is Samung Lions slugger Shim Chong-soo and Hanwha Eagles big hitter Kim Tae-kyun who could play key roles in the best-of-three series, which is usually decided by a home run.
