Discussion in the KBO News forum
Lee Sang-hoon
The January 14, 2004 Korea Times [Link] reports that Lee Sang-hoon has been traded from the LG Twins to the SK Wyverns for pitcher Oh Seung-joon and outfielder Yang Hyun-seok.

Lee Sang-hoon landed in the new LG Twins manager's doghouse. Manager Lee Soon-chul banned Lee Sang-hoon from bringing a guitar to practice at the winter training camp in Australia.

Lee Sang-hoon was the second highest player in the Korean Baseball Organization in 2003.

Lee "Samson" Sang-hoon (Chunichi Dragons, Boston Red Sox) signed with the SK Wyverns for 600 million won ($500,000) to make him the highest paid player in the KBO this year, and the higgest paid player in Wyvern history. This was the same salary he received for playing for the LG Twins last year.

Lee Seung-yeop was the highest paid KBO player in 2003.
