Shin-Soo Choo - Seattle Mariners
The February 20, 2003 Tacoma News Tribune Link has a full article on Seattle Mariner farm hand Shin-Soo Choo. The article leaves a false impression of the quality of Korean baseball when Choo mentions that he never saw a change-up or a cutter in Korea. Most high schoolers in the USA never see those balls either.

The March 17, 2003 Tacoma News Tribune [Link] reports that Shin-Soo Choo has been reassigned to minor league camp.
