巨人阿部慎之助捕手（２８）が２８日のヤクルトとの開幕戦（神宮）出場がピンチとなった。４日、広島とのオープン戦（広島）の５回、本塁上で喜田と激突した際に左すねを負傷。当初は病院には行かない方針だったが、次の遠征先の名古屋に移動後、深夜に名古屋市内の病院で緊急検査を受けた。診断は「重度の打撲」のようで全治は不明。日本一奪回をテーマにスタートを切ろうとしていた矢先のケガで、原巨人が苦しいスタートを強いられそうだ。
