圧巻の試運転だった。日本ハム・ダルビッシュ有投手（２１）が２０日、韓国ＬＧとの練習試合に先発し、２回を無安打無失点に封じた。先頭打者に四球を許したが３奪三振。左足に打球が直撃するアクシデントもあったが、今季初の実戦登板で存在感を示した。１カ月後となった３月２０日ロッテ戦（札幌ドーム）の２年連続開幕投手へ不安なく、８月の北京五輪へ向けても好発進した。
