古田ヤクルトのＢクラスが決まった。１９試合を残して“終戦”となった古田兼任監督は、来季去就についての問いに「何度も言うように、決まったらお話しします。お話しする時期になれば。交渉はしてますけど」。淡々と話す姿は、いつもの試合後と同じ。球団側と「交渉」している事実を初めて認めただけだった。
