中日川上が悔しさを抑え切れなかった。マウンドを下りてベンチにグラブをたたきつけた。近くにあったバットを握る。頭上にかざし、振り下ろした。最後にヘルメットを地面に投げつけた。「何でもいいです。自分に力がない。気持ちを出しても出さなくても抑えれば勝ちです。（ベンチでの行為は）ネタになるでしょ」。投げやりに話した。１点リードの８回に４失点。７回２／３を１２安打６失点。ＫＯされたふがいなさに我を忘れた。
