猛虎の大逆襲だ！阪神が９回に１４人攻撃で一挙９点を奪い、ロッテに１１－７と大逆転勝ちした。５点を追う最終回、先頭の金本が中前打で口火を切り、桜井の２点適時二塁打、狩野、赤星の適時打などで同点。なおも１死二、三塁でロッテ敬遠策にアニキが燃えた。４番金本が満塁から右前へ決勝の２点適時打を放ち、敵地を虎祭りに変えた。甲子園で２試合連続２ケタ失点を食らったロッテに痛快なお返し。負ければ４連敗、交流戦初の負け越しの危機を土壇場でひっくり返した。
