ロッテ・サブローが球団新記録の９打数連続安打の活躍で、交流戦の巨人戦９連勝の立役者になった。１回に逆転２点二塁打、３回には左前適時打、４回には右前２点適時打と３打席連続タイムリー。６回の４打席目は四球だったが、５打点の大暴れだ。「みんながつくってくれた好機で打席が回ってきている。何とかつぶしたくないという気持ちで打っているのが、良い結果につながっている」と胸を張った。
