横浜が中日に２試合連続で完封負けした。７安打したが５併殺と、攻めきれなかった。これでオープン戦は全試合を終了し、２１試合で７勝１２敗２分。大矢明彦監督（５９）は「最後に思うような試合ができず、不安材料が残った」と声が暗かった。
