１５日午前９時からの抽選会では、同一地区は準々決勝まで、同一都道府県から２校出場の場合は決勝まで対戦しないように振り分けられる。また、開閉会式の司会は猪飼美穂子さん（愛知・光ケ丘女高＝開会式のみ）と三浦友里さん（青森・弘前高）、開会式の君が代独唱は深瀬廉さん（山形東高）に決定した。
