No, not a Tokyo law firm but three Japanese players at a crossroads in their careers with a big decision to make for 2011: Do they continue trying to extend their stays in North America?

A shame how things panned out for Iwamura. He changed his approach to hitting and turned out to be an important member of the Rays, but then was taken out by a cheap slide. While out, his replacement had a career year, making Iwamura expendable and the rest is history. Hopefully he can make a strong comeback, either in MLB or NPB.

That happens to the best of them eventually.
