Yankees' Igawa breaks out the shades
Sometimes the most effective adjustments for a baseball player are the most obvious ones. That was the case for Kei Igawa yesterday.

The slender left-hander from Japan had trouble throwing strikes against the Detroit Tigers in his first start of spring training on Tuesday. The biggest problem, Igawa told Yankees pitching coach Ron Guidry, was the glare from the sun.
