Dice-K's first roll a pretty picture
Matsuzaka allows double, then nothing to BC over two innings in spring debut.

At 6:03 p.m. Friday (8:03 a.m. Saturday in Japan), Daisuke Matsuzaka threw the first pitch of his major-league baseball career, a fastball that sparked a sea of flashbulbs worthy of a Super Bowl kickoff. Ten seconds later Johnny Ayers, the leadoff hitter for Boston College, was standing on second base.
