This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.
It is my sincere hope that once you learn a bit about what we're about here that you will join the community of contributors.

This is the introduction to a large number of messages that I get.
Well, there's no easy way for me to answer these questions other than to encourage you marketeers to try to contact the teams yourself. At long last, I've gotten team contact information gathered and up to date, so you no longer have to be able to read Japanese to get it.
I might note, though, that although I have no personal interest in business affairs (please don't ask if I want to be a partner in some venture - I've already turned down several), it wouldn't hurt to make first contact in Japanese. You can't imagine how easy it is to ignore something that looks like an advertisement that comes in the mail or fax machine in a foreign language.
Whatever the endeavor, I wish you well.
