Jose Ortiz?
Jose Ortiz used to be a big-time prospect with the Oakland A's. I know he played like three years ago in Japan and then resurfaced last year. Where's he been the last couple of years?

Jose was ready to sign with the Cleveland Indians in the Spring of 2005, then ruptured his bicep and was out for the year after surgery. In 2006 he played in Mexico and was the MVP of their All-Star game. Right after the All-star game he signed with the Marines for the second half of 2007 season and has signed with them again this year.
