Communication is a central theme of this site, and there are many people looking to communicate with either players or team front offices for reasons ranging from private conversations to possible businss contacts. So you best bet would be to snail-mail the team and get the coach you're trying to get into contact with to e-mail or snail-mail you back with his personal address.
Team contact info is here.
You will notice that there are no e-mail addresses. That's becase the teams don't seem to want to hear from fans in such a easy method. Or they don't want to deal with the SPAM. Either way, their official sites don't even list an e-mail address to report problems. It's sad, but it's true.
This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.
It is my sincere hope that once you learn a bit about what we're about here that you will join the community of contributors.
