Matsui Godzilla Question
He is a free agent at the end of the year correct? If a major league team wants him do they have to put a bid on him and the highest bidder gets to talk to him?

No, he's a free agent. That means exactly what it says. The posting system (the bidding process) is only for players under contract to Japanese teams, not free agents.

It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world.
