Training Methods?
Just wondering, does anyone know of any web sites or books on the training methods used by the Japanese teams?

Baseball Magazine Sha puts out their "Clinic" series of mooks (magazine/books). You can see the cover and order the most recent "Baseball Clinic" and/or "Pitching Clinic" from here.

Scrolling down that page, you'll find that they print other educational mooks on occasion, such as "小・中学生のための最強エース育成バイブル" ("Strongest Ace Training Bible for Elementary and Secondary Students").

While all of the articles are (naturally) in Japanese, BBM's mooks are famous for having a lot of glossy photos (although I haven't confirmed such for these mooks).

Hope this helps.

Thanks, we have a friend whose mom is Japanese. Maybe if he wants to buy any of those mooks, she will translate them for him.

Thanks a lot for your help.
