Best 2005 Team in NPB
Are the Hawks of the Pacific League the best team in NPB? If so, it looks like Bobby V. will be a failed bridesmaid. The series of two games was, in my opinion, the closing of the door on the Marines. I felt the Marines needed to win both games.

Of course, anything can happen in the playoffs. But not beating the Hawks when it could be done just shows you're missing that punch to put a team away.
