Anyone know what happaned to Mitsuhara Atsuhiro, starting pitcher for the Orix Buffaloes?

According to the unofficial Disabled List (in Japanese), Mitsuhara was placed on the DL on July 17 when he had pain in his right shoulder. A visit to the doctor on July 19 diagnosed him with "right shoulder tendon board inflammation" (translated by OS/X Translation Widget - I'm not good with body part names). He was told not to throw for two weeks and was expected to be out for about four weeks.
