Where is Randall Simon?

Where is Randall Simon?
It doesn't appear that Randall Simon has played for the Orix for about a week or two. Is he injured? Was he sent to the minors? Released? On the bench?

Simon has been disappointing. He batted .235 (8 for 34) with 0 home runs and just 1 RBI. [2005 Orix Stats - Borisov's Pro Yakyu]

I could expect he was or will be dropped or sent to ni-gun with these numbers, but haven't heard anything on him.

At least they didn't leave him out to dry. Like they do in Phoenix: give the bum a one way Greyhound ticket to LA. Next!
