The Arai brothers
It seems the Arai brothers are going to be on the same team - Tigers. Dragons and Tigers have agreed to a trade. Ryota Arai will join Tigers in return for Mizuta who came to Tigers from Seibu in a trade for Taiyo. His time at Tigers was marked by nothing of note. No news on numbers yet.

Ryota Arai was duly welcomed to Tigers and will wear No. 32.
