Miyazaki Tournament could be delayed; Ito breaks national HR record

The Miyazaki Tournament Qualifier could be delayed due to the foot and mouth disease. The July 10th start date is still not official. Making matters worse is not knowing if / when an outbreak might occur near a baseball stadium they are using.
