Top of the 4th inning, Ohgaki Nichidai's cleanup hitter Ohbayashi, already with a home run, lines a full count pitch right back at Kanaashi's pitcher Takahashi. I can't tell if it hit his glove first, but the ball hits Takahashi's neck very hard. He manages to make the throw to first, but lays on the ground after that. He is carried off on a stretcher and does not return.

I believe the reports from the announcers say that he is being carried to Amagasaki Hospital. But I can't tell his condition.
