Giants Set to Sign Mullen
The Yomiuri Giants are said to be in the stages of signing former BayStar pitcher Scott Mullen. Mullen was 7-10 with a 4.71 ERA last year for the BayStars. Mullen was playing with AAA Tacoma of the Seattle Mariners' organization after leaving the BayStars. [Link - Japan Ball]

When is Mullen arriving in Japan? Is he still waiting for his VISA?
