Matsunaka to Miss 3 Weeks
Last year's Pacific League MVP and Triple Crown winner, Nobuhiko Matsunaka, will miss three weeks with shoulder injuries. His x-rays taken on Tuesday were negative, but he remains doubtful for the Softbank Hawks' opening day game against the Nippon Ham Fighters. [Link - Japan Ball]

Matsunaka is up to bat on opening day.

Do you think that was a false report put out by the manager just to try to throw the other teams off? Wouldn't surprise me.
