Tigers Building a Racing Team
The Tigers seem to be collecting speed merchants. The latest offender is their pitcher Kazuya Tsutsui who was caught doing 183 kph in a 100 kph zone. Like Kamisaka, he was fined by the club (which also banned him from driving for a year).
