Buffaloes to try and hire George Foster as an advisor?

Curious? What does Foster know other than the Cincinnati Reds' tour in the '70s? They should look to someone who actually spent some seasons in NPB!

Yeah, I'd think Warren Cromartie or one of the Lee brothers would be a much more logical choice.

Yeah I have to second Kiyoshi-san's opinion, I don't see Foster as the type to bring in as an adviser. He doesn't know much about NPB except the trips the Reds took as World Series champions to Japan in the '70s. I think Cromartie or the Lee Brothers would be a better choice, or perhaps not to close the door on Tuffy Rhodes as a player-coach, though he, in the end, will end up with someone in NPB I'm sure.
