Nishi Re-signs with Yomiuri
Giants' infielder Toshihisa Nishi re-signed with Yomiuri to a 2 year 500,000,000 (5-oku) yen contract, with bonuses for peformance related incentives. This also ends Nishi's run at the majors for the time being. Nishi said "If I play two years without any regrets and have good results, I'll consider the majors again." [Link - Japan Ball]
