Yakult Acquires Aikawa
The Tokyo Yakult Swallows have signed catcher Ryouji Aikawa to a 3 year deal worth 450 million yen. Aikawa was purusing a major league deal, but interest was light for him.

Wow, that didn't take long at all. Hopefully Aikawa has a good run with Yakult and I wish him nothing but the best.

Now, I hope that Yokohama can get a decent player (pitcher preferred) in return for Aikawa.
