What happened to Trey Moore?

What happened to Trey Moore?
I just heard the Tigers fired Moore. Not fired, exactly, they didn't pick up his option to renew his contract. He was expecting to be with the Tigers next season. He had a pretty good year, what happened? Was it performance - or was it something else? I heard that he and Hoshino-kankoku did not get on well.

Moore is set to be announced as a member of Orix some time this week. I think he had wanted a multi-year contact, but Hanshin wouldn't give him one, so they parted ways.

Yes indeed, Trey Moore has joined Orix. Hanshin's loss is certainly the Blue Wave's gain. Orix seems to be making some good acquisitions this winter; I hope they'll do a bit better than last season.
Anyway, good luck to Trey Moore, and thank God he won't be pitching and batting against Hanshin.
