Central League Standings

I noticed while looking at the Central League standings that all teams would be in a different place if were aligned like last year.

This is the way it is now [going into the All Star Break]:

Giants47-41.534
Swallows46-31.597
Dragons38-44.463
Tigers38-46.452
BayStars37-42.468
Carp36-38.486

This is the way it would be last year (with current stading in parentheses):

(2) Swallows46-31.597
(1) Giants47-41.534
(6) Carp36-38.486
(5) BayStars37-42.468
(4) Tigers38-46.452
(3) Dragons38-44.463

[Note by Westbaystars:  I had covered this in this article, but thought that since ashi-no-fukumoto-san had gone through the trouble to make the comparison, and since the All Star break is here, it'd be a good time to show the current standings.  Isn't it interesting how both first and last place are "hidden"?]
