Well, this means Kiyohara isn't on their minds. It may also mean that they don't have the patience or money to wait for Brumbaugh to put up huge numbers.

Wow, Fullmer was a good DH for the Jays, back in the day.

Why are the White Sox sending a guy with no 2005 stats? Are Japanese teams hard up for players?

The White Sox, to my best knowledge, would be sending no one, as Fullmer is a free agent. Fullmer is free to sign with any team.

Fullmer is under contract to his club until 2 weeks after the World Series is over (as are all minor league free agents), unless he is actually released.

Brad Fullmer is a very good hitter. Never got a chance to play everyday for the Halos when he was a bit younger.

Fullmer would be a great signing in my opinion for the Orix Buffaloes. In 2000, he hit .295 with 32 HR's and 104 RBI. Overall, in Fullmer's career he has always been consistent.

The only question is whether he still has gas in his tank.

Can you say "Gabe Kapler"?

Is Orix still interested in Brad Fullmer?
